Oh How Pinteresting

I am itching for Spring time.  Like, pining.  No, jonesing.  If I do not see sunshine and a temperature over 60 soon, I may lose it.
Therefore, it is no surprise that in the fantasy world of my Pinterest boards, it is warm and sunny. I can wear cute dresses and open toe shoes.  Mostly because I'll have a reason to start doing my toes again.
Like this dress:

With these shoes:
And this necklace:

I'm also pining for fresh vegetables and fruits.  I miss my trips to Green Door Gourmet for fresh fruits and vegetables (and local and organic meats, cheeses, milks, and eggs).

I want to make grilled vegetables with couscous salad

And grilled apricots with sweetened marscapone and blackberries.  Please?

And finally, Pinterest has expanded my honey's honey-do list in a big way.  Particularly as we get ready to start readying our garden for springtime.

I'm loving this wine crate herb garden:

And a DO IT YOURSELF SPINNING COMPOSTER (I may be the only person this excited about a composter.  Maybe.  There is nothing dorky about making your own potting soil.  Nothing.)

Our anniversary is coming up, and we've decided on climbing roses for the patio.  I'm in love with Joseph's Coat Climbing Roses - they're beautiful and we recently studied the story in church and it was a hugely impactful  sermon.  What better way to celebrate our second marriage with something that (with some work and some care) will grow into something beautiful for years to come.
Unless we fail miserably and kill them.  Then the roses will cease to be a metaphor for our relationship.  Because roses are way temperamental and we just barely kept our knock-outs alive.
